Purpose of the Role
This is a senior, client-facing position that requires unmatched attention to detail, luxury-level service delivery, and the ability to manage complex travel requirements with confidence and discretion. You will serve as the primary point of contact for high-value executive and VIP clients, ensuring every request is handled with urgency, accuracy, and elegance.
Essential Experience & Attributes
- 5 years of experience managing VIP and executive-level travel in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Expertise in multi-sector, international, and high-touch itinerary planning
- Strong GDS proficiency (Amadeus preferred; cross-training available)
- Impeccable attention to detail, zero tolerance for error
- Sales-orientated mindset; ability to work to targets and unlock client growth
- Ability to offer value-added service and exceed client expectations proactively
- Calm, composed, and professional when handling last-minute changes or travel disruptions
- Operates with absolute discretion and complete confidentiality
