Our Shared Success: our people earn a fair share of the income. We share our income across 3 core areas:
1/3 goes to Ops / Consultant salaries,
1/3 goes to Sales or Key Account Management salaries,
1/3 goes towards Expenses, Leadership Support, General Support like Finance & Cashflow.
We’re all equal! Our leaders are no more senior than anyone else in the business, we’re all seen as equals and as such are treated fairly.

- If it’s not something we do, we refer to someone that can help. We only do coach bookings for groups, not single bookings
